采用熔铸-原位合成法制备了TiC/7075复合材料,并对其腐蚀性能进行了研究。结合电化学方法和盐雾腐蚀试验研究了原位合成TiC颗粒对TiC/7075复合材料在3.5%NaCl水溶液中腐蚀性的影响,作为比较,对7075铝合金的腐蚀性能也做了相应研究。结果表明,TiC/7075复合材料较基体7075铝合金在3.5%NaCl水溶液有较大的腐蚀敏感性,该复合材料腐蚀加速的原因是TiC与Al间以及富Cu相与贫Cu相间的电偶腐蚀。
TiC / 7075 composites were prepared by cast-in-situ synthesis method and their corrosion properties were studied. The corrosion behavior of TiC particles in TiC / 7075 composites in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution was studied by electrochemical method and salt spray corrosion test. The corrosion behavior of TiC particles was also studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance of TiC / 7075 composite is higher than that of matrix 7075 aluminum alloy in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution. The reason for the accelerated corrosion of TiC / 7075 composite is galvanic corrosion between TiC and Al and between Cu- .
