通过在同成分的熔体中加入0~10%(质量分数)的K2O提拉法生长了近化学计量比的LiNbO3晶体。用测量晶格常数和居里温度的方法测定了[Li]/[Nb],结果表明加入到同成分的熔体中的K2O的量决定了晶体中的[Li]/[Nb]。对这种方法生长的LiNbO3晶体的缺陷和畴结构进行了分析和研究。
The stoichiometric LiNbO3 crystals were grown by adding 0-10% (mass fraction) K2O to the melt of the same composition. [Li] / [Nb] was measured by measuring the lattice constant and the Curie temperature. The results show that the amount of K2O added to the melt of the same composition determines [Li] / [Nb] in the crystal. The defects and domain structures of LiNbO3 grown by this method were analyzed and studied.
