目的:观察运用中西医结合疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的临床观察。方法:运用西药加服自拟方围绝舒汤治疗围绝经期综合征72例(治疗组),与运用西药治疗72例(对照组)作比较,判断分析结果。结果:治疗组痊愈29例,显效35例,有效6例,无效2例;对照组痊愈11例,显效17例,有效21例,无效23例,经过统计学处理两组疗效有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:运用西药加自拟方围绝舒汤治疗的治疗组明显优于运用西药治疗的对照组。
Objective: To observe the clinical observation of the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: 72 cases of perimenopausal syndrome (treatment group) were treated with Western medicine and self-prepared Fangqianjutang decoction, compared with 72 cases treated with western medicine (control group), and the results were analyzed. Results: In the treatment group, 29 cases were cured, 35 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The control group was cured in 11 cases, markedly effective in 17 cases, effective in 21 cases and ineffective in 23 cases. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: The treatment group treated with western medicine plus Fangfutaijutang decoction is obviously superior to the control group treated with western medicine.
