[目的]建立连续流动分析法测定饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂的方法。[方法]采用德国AA3全自动连续流动分析仪,在最佳的测试条件下,对饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂进行实验。[结果]在0.1~1.0mg/L范围内,该方法具有良好线性,相关系数为0.999 6,方法最低检出限为0.009 4mg/L,比国标方法灵敏度提高5倍;方法精密度RSD<2%,回收率为98.80%~102.40%。[结论]该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,适用于大规模样品的检测。
[Objective] To establish a continuous flow analysis method for determination of anionic synthetic detergent in drinking water. [Method] The German AA3 automatic continuous flow analyzer was used to test the anionic synthetic detergent in drinking water under the best test conditions. [Result] The method had a good linearity in the range of 0.1-1.0 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 6. The detection limit was 0.009 4 mg / L, which was 5 times higher than that of the national standard method. The precision of the method was less than 2 %, The recovery rate was 98.80% ~ 102.40%. [Conclusion] The method is rapid, accurate and sensitive and suitable for the detection of large-scale samples.
