江都市宜陵镇位于328国道线上,北依新通扬运河,被誉为328国道线上的一颗明珠,是江苏省百家名镇之一,经济历年来在江都市名列前茅。宜陵镇的档案工作在江都市乡镇档案工作中占有重要位置,多次得到上级部门的肯定和表彰。为了进一步推动该镇档案工作的规范化、制度化、标准化建设,江都市档案局对该镇机关档案管理工作的现状、存在的问题进行了深入细致的调查。调查中发现,乡镇机关档案工作喜中有忧,一些问题在乡镇机关中具有共性,不容忽视,需着力研究解决。 Jiangling City is located on the national highway 328 State Line, according to the new Tongyang canal north, known as the 328 State Line a pearl, Jiangsu Province, one of the top 100 cities in the economy over the years among the best in Jiangdu. The archives work in Yiling town occupies an important position in the archives work of towns and villages in Jiangdu and has been affirmed and commended by the superior departments on many occasions. In order to further promote the standardization, institutionalization and standardization of archives work in the town, the Archives of Jiangdu City conducted an in-depth and detailed investigation into the status quo and existing problems of the archives management of the town’s authorities. During the investigation, it was found that there was a lot of worries in the work of archives of township and village agencies. Some problems were common in township organs and should not be overlooked.
