1 实行“供变合一”是实现精简人员,增加效益的有效途径 “供变合一”是河北省围场县电力局结合实际特点而实行的新的管理体制,是合理配置人员,理顺管理体制的一个重要环节。围场电力局共有35 kV变电站8座,农村供电站9个。原来设有变电站站长8名,变电值班人员20名,供电站站长9名,线路运行及抄核收人员共14名,总计51名。供电站与变电站合并后,合称供电站,由用电股负责全面管理,生产股负责安全生产及运行、技术管理。供电站设站长1名,变电运行工2名,配电运行或抄核收1~2名,共定员38人,减少了13人。在安全管理上,由调度员或工作负责人为监护人,值守人员为操作人、工作许可人、工作结束的验收人,工作票的审核则由站长把关。值守人员负责设备的巡视,缺陷报告,防误闭锁,防小动物,安全工
