贵州省图书馆学会第五届理事会第三次会议于1998年12月3日在师大图书馆召开。会议总结了1998年工作,肯定了各委员会、各地区分会为完成学会1998年工作计划所做的努力。通过了贵州省图书馆学会1999年工作计划要点。理事们还审议通过了学会人事变动情况。原贵州大学图书馆的周声浩同志,因工作调动,本人申请不再担任贵州省图书馆学会副理事长、协作协调委员会主任及常务理事职务。
The Third Meeting of the Fifth Council of Guizhou Provincial Library Society was held on December 3, 1998 at the Normal University Library. The meeting summed up the work in 1998 and affirmed the efforts made by various committees and local branches for completing the 1998 work plan of the Institute. Adopted the Guizhou Provincial Library Association 1999 work plan points. The board members also considered and approved the changes in personnel. Mr. Zhou Shenghao from the former Guizhou University Library, due to work transfer, applied for no longer serving as vice chairman of Guizhou Provincial Library Association, director of the coordination and coordination committee and standing director.
