食管、贲门癌是我院所在地区的常见病、多发病。为了贯彻执行毛主席关于“救死扶伤,实行革命的人道主义”的指示,我院自1972年12月起开展了胸外科工作。两年来收治食管癌、贲门癌51例,现报告如下。一、临床资料分析1.性别与年龄:男性28例,女性23例。年龄最小者30岁,最大者60岁。30～40岁者5例,40～50岁者20例,51～60岁者26例。发病年龄以40岁以上者居多。发病与性别无明显差别。
Esophageal and cardiac cancers are common and frequently-occurring diseases in our hospital. In order to implement Chairman Mao’s instructions on “rescuing death and rehabilitating people and implementing revolutionary humanitarianism,” our hospital has started thoracic surgery since December 1972. In the past two years, 51 cases of esophageal or cardiac cancer have been treated. The report is as follows. First, clinical data analysis 1. Sex and age: 28 males and 23 females. The youngest is 30 years old and the oldest is 60 years old. There were 5 cases of 30 to 40 years old, 20 cases of 40 to 50 years old, and 26 cases of 51 to 60 years old. The age of onset is more than 40 years old. There was no significant difference in incidence and gender.
