目的:初步研究槲寄生内生真菌发酵产物的药理作用,为解决槲寄生等寄生药用植物的资源短缺问题提供新的研究思路。方法:从槲寄生中分离出内生真菌,对发酵产物进行了平滑肌细胞增殖的影响和对细菌的抑制作用实验研究。结果:从槲寄生中分离到JF、A1、G6等11株内生真菌;G6对牛主动脉平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖有抑制作用;JF、A1发酵产物具有较广谱的抗菌活性,对革兰氏阳性细菌如表皮葡萄球菌,革兰氏阴性细菌如产气肠杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌等均具有较强的抑制作用。结论:槲寄生内生真菌发酵产物同槲寄生一样具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用,并且还具有明显的抑菌作用,值得进一步深入开发研究。
OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacological effects of the endophytic fungi fermentation products of mistletoe, and to provide new research ideas for solving the resource shortage of parasitic medicinal plants such as mistletoe. Methods: The endophytic fungi were isolated from the mistletoe, and the proliferation of smooth muscle cells and the inhibitory effect on the bacteria were studied. Results: 11 strains of endophytic fungi such as JF, A1 and G6 were isolated from Mistletoe; G6 inhibited the proliferation of bovine aortic smooth muscle cells (VSMC); JF and A1 fermentation products had broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus epidermidis, Gram-negative bacteria such as Enterobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, have a strong inhibitory effect. Conclusion: The fermentation product of mistletoe endophytic fungus has the same anti-atherosclerosis effect as mistletoe, and it also has obvious antibacterial effect. It is worth further development and research.
