作为员工主体的青年员工,其思想道德如何,对企业的发展具有潜在的能动作用。为此,一些企业在强化青工思想道德教育方面做了一些有益的探索,但收效并不明显,笔者认为,关键是没找准青工思想道德建设的着力点。 按年龄层次划分,青工在企业员工中的比例占到绝对多数,一般都在60%~70%以上。他们素质的高低对企业的发展具有举足轻重的作用。任何一个职工在进厂之初,都有一个让自己的思想道德行为符合企业规范的过程,在这个过程之中。我们找准了着力点,就能将我们的青工培养成适应“两个根本转变”的新型职工。
As the main employees of young employees, their ideological and morality, the development of enterprises has the potential to play a role. To this end, some enterprises have done some useful exploration in strengthening the ideological and moral education for young workers, but the results are not obvious. The author believes that the key point is not to find the focus of youth workers’ ideological and moral construction. By age group, the proportion of young workers in business employees accounted for the absolute majority, generally 60% to 70%. The quality of their business development plays an decisive role. Any one of the workers in the beginning of the plant, there is a process to make their own ideological and ethical behavior in line with business norms in the process. When we have pinpointed our efforts, we can train our young workers into new types of workers who adapt to the “two fundamental changes.”
