目的:观察维生素 E( V E)及其联合维生素 C( V C)对肝细胞抗氧化作用及其增殖的调节作用。方法:采用硫代巴比妥酸法检测肝脏丙二醛( M D A)、流式细胞术检测肝细胞周期。结果:老龄组肝脏 M D A 含量明显高于成年对照组,补以 V E 或 V E+ V C 后 M D A 明显下降,尤以 V E+ V C 效果显著;与成年对照相比,老龄组肝细胞发生 G1 期阻滞,施以上述抗氧化剂处理后, G0/ G1、 S、 G2+ M 各期细胞数均发生逆转性改变。结论: V E 具有明显的抗氧化作用,与 V C 联用效果更佳,并可改善肝细胞增殖活力。
Objective: To observe the regulation of vitamin E (V E) and its combined vitamin C (V C) on the anti-oxidation and proliferation of hepatocytes. Methods: Liver MDA was detected by thiobarbituric acid method and hepatocyte cycle was detected by flow cytometry. Results: Compared with adult control group, the content of MAD in liver of aged group was significantly higher than that of adult control group. M D A of VE or V E + V C was significantly decreased, especially V E + V C. Compared with adult control group, The G1 arrest occurred in cells. After being treated with the above antioxidants, the number of cells in G0 / G1, S, G2 + M phases changed reversibly. CONCLUSION: V E has obvious anti-oxidation effect, better effect with V C and can improve hepatocyte proliferation activity.
