目的了解丽水市托幼机构卫生消毒质量,为规范托幼机构消毒卫生管理提供参考。方法通过现场采样检测方法,对丽水市83家托幼机构消毒管理现状和卫生消毒质量进行监测与评估。结果共检测不同对象标本701份,卫生消毒质量平均合格率78.88%,儿童玩具合格率为93.42%,紫外线灯合格率为64.55%。一级和二级托幼机构消毒质量明显优于三级托幼机构。结论该地区托幼机构不同对象卫生消毒质量存在明显差别,应加强消毒管理、监督监测及技术指导工作。
Objective To understand the hygiene and disinfection quality of nurseries in Lishui City and provide references for regulating the disinfection and sanitation management of nurseries and nurses. Methods By means of on-site sampling and testing, the status of disinfection management and health disinfection quality of 83 nurseries in Lishui City were monitored and evaluated. Results A total of 701 specimens from different subjects were tested, the average pass rate of hygiene and disinfection was 78.88%, the passing rate of children’s toys was 93.42% and the pass rate of UV lamps was 64.55%. The disinfection quality of primary and secondary nurseries was significantly better than that of tertiary nurseries. Conclusion There are significant differences in hygiene and disinfection quality among different objects in kindergartens and nurses in this area. Disinfection management, supervision and monitoring and technical guidance should be strengthened.
