海洋经济预警研究是国家以及地方各级海洋行政管理部门实施海洋经济宏观调控的重要基础工作。利用景气信号灯建立海洋经济预警模型,具体包括预警指标的选取原则、预警界限确定、预警权重的确定等方面;利用上述模型对天津海洋经济进行预警实证分析,并得出相应的结论。
The early warning study of marine economy is an important basic task for the macro-control of marine economy implemented by the marine administrative departments at national and local levels. The use of boom signal to establish the marine economy early warning model, including the selection of early warning indicators, the establishment of early warning limits, and the determination of early warning weights. The above model is used to make an empirical analysis of the marine economy in Tianjin and draw the corresponding conclusions.
