金河磷矿岳家山矿区南采区,从1983年开始在采准切割工程掘进中试验成功并推广应用了竹筒间隔装药无导爆起爆技术。在未改变普遍布孔参数的条件下,周边孔用竹筒间隔装药结构,用导火索、火雷管单孔顺序起爆的无导爆法进行起爆,基本达到了光爆要求。每循环爆破可节省炸药约4公斤。仅此可使每米成巷费用减少2.66元。近四年的应用实践表明,该法具有操作简便,不需要价格较高的导爆索起爆等优点,可广泛地应用于平巷、斜井、竖井掘进的光爆作业。 (一)竹筒间隔装药无导爆起爆法实践概况
