随着期货业的不断发展,期货教育得到了一定的发展空间。金融企业和高等院校也应随之转变思想观念,明确人才培养目标,制订相应的人才培养计划,进而满足期货市场的人才需求。在进行教学的过程中,注重校企合作,期货专业与其他金融专业积极协调配合,形成有效的实践教学模式,进而提高学生的实践能力。基于此,分析我国期货课程实践教学的现状和存在的问题,并阐述通过校企合作进行《期货理论与实务》课程实践教学的意义,进而对校企合作背景下的期货理论与实务课程实践教学进行研究。
With the continuous development of the futures industry, futures education has gained some room for development. Financial enterprises and institutions of higher learning should also change their thinking and concepts, clarify the objectives of personnel training, and formulate corresponding personnel training plans to meet the needs of the futures market. In the process of teaching, pay attention to the cooperation between school and enterprise, futures and other financial professionals active coordination and cooperation, the formation of an effective practice teaching model, thereby enhancing students’ practical ability. Based on this, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the practical teaching of the futures course in our country, and expounds the significance of practical teaching of “Futures Theory and Practice” course through the cooperation between school and enterprise, and then expounds the practical teaching of futures theory and practice course research.
