磨削烧伤是机械制造领域中的重要问题之一。它影响机器零件寿命和机器设备运行的稳定性与可靠性,迄今尚无在生产条件下适用的解决办法。本文提出了通过磨削火花温度在线辨识磨削烧伤,研制了光纤一红外测温仪,对磨削火花温度形成机理,统计特性,数学模型、频谱特性进行了系统的研究。研究结果证明磨削火花温度系统不是白噪声,而是宽平稳随机过程,它和工件与砂轮接触面温度有较好的相似性,故可以用于磨削烧伤在线辨识。
Burning burns are one of the major issues in the field of machine construction. It affects the stability and reliability of the life of machine parts and the operation of machinery and equipment, so far there are no solutions available under production conditions. In this paper, an optical fiber-infrared thermometer was developed to identify the grinding burns on-line by grinding sparks temperature. The formation mechanism, statistical characteristics, mathematical models and spectral characteristics of grinding sparks were systematically studied. The results show that the grinding spark temperature system is not a white noise, but a wide and stationary random process. It has a good similarity with the temperature of the contact surface between the workpiece and the grinding wheel, so it can be used for on-line identification of grinding burns.
