江宁织造府是《红楼梦》作者曹雪芹童年时代在南京生活的祖居,其府址位于何处,一直是史学界、红学界争论的问题。2002年10月开始,南京市博物馆为配合大行宫地区的工程建设,进行了相关的抢救性考古发掘,对进一步确认江宁织造府的大致位置,提供了重要的线索,吸引了史学界、考古界、红学界、新闻界的广泛关注。我们有幸参与其事,现应约撰写此文,以飨读者。 Jiangning Weaving House is the ancestral home of Cao Xueqin, an author of “Dream of Red Mansions”, who lived in Nanjing during his childhood. Where his address is located has always been a controversy between historians and red scholars. Since October 2002, the Nanjing Museum has conducted related rescue archeological excavations in line with the construction of the Dagonggong area and provided important clues for further confirmation of the general location of the Weaving House of Jiangning. It has attracted the attention of historians, archeologists , Red academia, the media widespread concern. We are fortunate enough to take part in this event and should now write about this article to readers.
