机械油泵式滤线栅长期使用后因磨损严重而无法再用。此时如改装成弹簧振动式滤线栅,既简单又节约,使x线机能继续发挥作用。现将我改装的办法介绍如下,供有关同志参考。滤线栅的更换比较简单,只要找好中心,重新打孔,定位安装就可以了。控制电路要作些改动,要求滤线栅与高压继电器同步动作,磁力线圈吸合滤线栅在曝光开始之前。改装后的控制线路图见附图。当波段开关置“控”的位置,用手闸控制曝光。要使用滤线栅摄片,可将波段开关转到“散”的位置。这时,220V交流电源经S_3接至变压器T,整流后作延时电路和开关电路的直流电源;再经J_(2-1)至全桥整流,作磁
