以苯乙烯和丙烯酸为单体通过无皂乳液聚合法制备苯乙烯/丙烯酸共聚微球,利用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为稳定剂和还原剂,在水相中还原硝酸银,银纳米粒子原位还原沉积到微球表面。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、马尔文粒度分析仪、热重分析仪(TGA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所得微球的相貌和结构进行了表征;并检测苯乙烯/丙烯酸载银微球的抑菌性能和最小抑菌浓度。结果表明,苯乙烯/丙烯酸载银微球具有形态规整的球形结构;抑菌实验结果表明苯乙烯/丙烯酸载银微球对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌有明显的抑制作用。
Styrene / acrylic acid copolymer microspheres were prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization using styrene and acrylic acid as monomers. Silver nitrate was reduced in aqueous solution by using polyvinylpyrrolidone as stabilizer and reductant. The silver nanoparticles were reduced and deposited in situ Microsphere surface. The morphology and structure of the obtained microspheres were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Malvern particle size analyzer, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) Antibacterial Activity and Minimum Inhibitory Concentration of Silver Activated Silver Microspheres. The results showed that the styrene / acrylic silver-loaded microspheres had a regular spherical structure. The results of antibacterial experiments showed that the styrene / acrylic silver-loaded microspheres significantly inhibited Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.
