目的分析游仙区食物中毒。方法对游仙区2008-06/2009-12食物中毒事件发生时间、地域、责任单位、致病因素进行归类分析。结果 2008-06/2009-12游仙区共发生食物中毒事件10起,中毒人数112人,无死亡病例;二、三季度为高发季节;中毒责任单位以农村饮食服务单位为主,占总数的60%;中毒致病因素以细菌性食物中毒为主;细菌性食物中毒原因查明率低,仅为40%;亚硝酸盐食物中毒现象较普遍。结论加强农村饮食单位的监管力度,规范亚硝酸盐等食品添加剂的使用、管理是今后工作的重点。
Objective To analyze food poisoning in Youxian District. Methods The time, area, responsible unit and pathogenic factors of food poisoning in Youxian District from June 2008 to December 2009 were analyzed. Results A total of 10 food poisoning incidents occurred in Youxian District between 2008-06 and 2009-12, with 112 poisoning cases and no deaths. The second and third quarters were the high incidence season. The units responsible for the poisoning were mainly rural catering service units, accounting for the total 60%. The main causes of poisoning were bacterial food poisoning. The detection rate of bacterial food poisoning was low, only 40%. Nitrite food poisoning was common. Conclusion Strengthening the supervision of rural diet units and regulating the use and management of nitrite and other food additives are the focuses of future work.
