为保障法律翻译的精准性、规范性和专业性,译者必须具备一定的法律专业知识。高校翻译专业人才培养实践普遍忽视学生法律专业知识素养的培养,研究者亦未对此问题给予应有关注。《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》提出要加强对外法律工作,强化涉外法律服务。这一战略部署为高校翻译专业人才培养带来了新的契机、方向和挑战。文章认为,翻译专业学生法律专业知识素养的培养应以国际货物贸易为主线,主要包含六个模块内容,并详解了各模块的具体内容构成及内部逻辑联系,提出了术语驱动型双语教学模式,并剖析了现代教学理念在法律专业知识素养培养中的特殊意义和具体应用。
In order to ensure the accuracy, standardization and professionalism of legal translation, the translator must have certain legal expertise. The practice of translating professionals in colleges generally neglects the cultivation of students’ legal literacy, nor does the researcher pay due attention to the problem. “The CPC Central Committee’s Decision on Some Important Issues in Ruling the Country by Law” put forward the need to step up legal work abroad and strengthen legal services concerning foreign affairs. This strategic deployment has brought new opportunities, directions and challenges to the training of translation professionals in colleges and universities. The article argues that the cultivation of law professional literacy for students majoring in translation should focus on the international trade of goods, which mainly includes six modules, and details the specific content and internal logic of each module. It proposes a terminology-driven bilingual teaching mode, And analyzes the special meaning and concrete application of modern teaching idea in the legal professional knowledge literacy cultivation.
