将Wistar大鼠随机分为染尘大鼠模型组、对照组。模型组大鼠水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉后,将0.5 ml的矽尘混悬液(50 mg/ml)缓慢注入气管;对照组大鼠气管内注入0.5ml灭菌生理盐水。分别在第3、7、14、28天各处死大鼠8只。测定血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)表达水平及血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)浓度。结果显示,与对照组比较模型组出现肺纤维化及矽结节,肺泡灌洗液中AngⅡ含量升高、肺组织ACE表达增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。
Wistar rats were randomly divided into Dust-exposed rat model group and control group. After intraperitoneal injection of chloral hydrate in the model group, 0.5 ml silica suspension (50 mg / ml) was slowly injected into the trachea. In the control group, 0.5 ml sterilized saline was injected into the trachea. Rats were sacrificed on the 3rd, 7th, 14th and 28th days respectively. The expression of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and the concentration of angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) were measured. The results showed that compared with the control group, pulmonary fibrosis and silicon nodules were found in the model group, and the content of AngⅡ in the alveolar lavage fluid was increased and the expression of ACE in lung tissue was increased. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).
