为掌握肉类食品食物中毒发生的规律和特点,有效地控制和预防食物中毒的发生,笔者对1994年山东省肉类食品食物中毒情况进行了调查研究,分析如下。1 资料来源 本文采用的资料来自山东省各地的食物中毒报告表。
