目的:观察中西医联合治疗不明原因复发性流产的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2011年1月~2013年12月不明原因复发性流产的100例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各50例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上采用中西药联合治疗方案,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率为88.0%,对照组治疗有效率为66.0%,两组间有效率对比差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组发生3例不良反应,占6.0%,而对照组则出现17例不良反应,占34.0%,两组对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗不明原因复发性流产安全、有效,为提高保胎成功率,宜选用中西医联合治疗方案。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods: A total of 100 patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and the observation group was on the basis of control group On the use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment programs, compared the two groups of patients with clinical treatment. Results: The effective rate of clinical treatment was 88.0% in the observation group and 66.0% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). There were 3 adverse reactions in the observation group, accounting for 6.0%, while the control group showed 17 adverse reactions, accounting for 34.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Medicine for the treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion is safe and effective, in order to improve the success rate of miscarriage, should be used in combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment programs.
