12V175Z型柴油机曲轴,由于各种原因,经常发生裂纹,甚至折断,严重影响机车的正常运用,一度造成部分机车趴窝。为了能够修复裂纹的曲轴,保证修车的需要,1970年以来,我们先后用电焊和氢弧焊等方法对曲轴进行了焊修试验,经过反复多次实践,取得了较好的效果,至目前为止,我们已焊修了12V175Z型柴油机曲轴45根,其中走行公里最多的已达30万公里还在运用当中。12V175Z型柴油机曲轴为42CrMoA(优质合金钢),焊修过程如下。
