目的:探讨多层螺旋CT牙体表面成像在上颌埋伏牙诊断中的应用。方法:对82例临床疑诊为上颌埋伏牙病例行上颌牙轴位螺旋CT容积扫描,应用多层螺旋CT图像后处理技术作多层面重建(Multiplanar refor-mation,MPR)和三维重建(3-dimensional reconstruction,3D),获得单纯牙体任意方向的三维立体图像或任意曲面的断层像。结果:多层螺旋CT三维重建图像能立体全方位地显示上颌骨埋伏牙的形态、位置、萌出方向及其与周围组织的关系。结论:多层螺旋CT后处理技术能立体、直观地提供临床所需信息,在上颌骨埋伏牙的正畸治疗中有重要的诊断和治疗意义。
Objective: To investigate the application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of maxillary impacted teeth. Methods: A total of 82 clinically suspected maxillary impacted dental diseases underwent maxillofacial axial spiral CT volume scanning. Multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and three-dimensional reconstruction (3- dimensional reconstruction, 3D) to obtain three-dimensional images of arbitrary direction of any tooth or any tomographic images of arbitrary surface. Results: The 3D reconstruction images of MSCT can display the morphology, location, eruption direction and the relationship with the surrounding tissues of the maxillary impacted teeth in three dimensions. Conclusion: MSCT post-processing technique can provide clinically needed information stereoscopically and intuitively and has important diagnostic and therapeutic significance in orthodontic treatment of maxillary impacted teeth.
