由于重庆为寡日照地区,秋冬季节光照条件差,影响水培草莓生长、果实品质及产量。本试验主要研究达赛莱克特和甜查理在人工增光条件下的果实品质变化。试验结果表明,不同光照强度对水培草莓的单果质量、产量、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可溶性还原糖、维生素C均有显著影响,对水培草莓的果形指数、有机酸含量无显著影响;不同品种草莓对光强的反应稍有不同,达赛莱克特受光强影响较大。
Due to the low sunlight area in Chongqing, the light conditions in autumn and winter are poor, which affects the growth of strawberry in hydroponics, fruit quality and yield. The main purpose of this experiment is to study the changes of the fruit quality of dacritec and sweet charcoal under artificial lighting conditions. The results showed that different light intensities had significant effects on single fruit quality, yield, soluble solids, soluble sugar, soluble reducing sugar and vitamin C in hydroponic strawberry, but had no significant effect on fruit shape index and organic acid content The response of different varieties of strawberries to light intensity was slightly different, and Dacalacite was greatly affected by light intensity.
