对于使用环境恶劣,战术技术条件要求苛刻,全机采用MOS 型大规模集成电路组件装机,且组装密度较高,结构紧凑的火控计算机的组装焊接,是一个十分值得研究和探讨的课题。装焊质量的优劣,材料选用的合理与否,与整机的可靠性密切相关。为此本文将简述环境条件对无线电整机组装焊接的技术要求和具体可行的组装焊接工艺,扼要分析引起装焊质量缺陷的机理及提高软钎焊可靠性对策等问题。
For the use of harsh environments, demanding tactical and technical conditions, the whole machine using MOS large-scale integrated circuit components installed, and the assembly density is higher, the compact structure of the fire control computer assembly welding is a very worthwhile study and discussion. The quality of welding equipment, the choice of materials is reasonable or not, and the reliability of the machine is closely related. Therefore, this article will briefly describe the environmental conditions of the radio assembly machine welding technical requirements and specific feasible assembly welding process, a brief analysis of welding quality defects caused by the mechanism and improve the reliability of soldering measures and other issues.
