经尿道电切术治疗前列腺增生症是目前世界上较普遍采用的一种手术方法,由于我国缺少必要的设备和条件,尚未见详细报道。首都医院泌尿科从1980年起逐步开展了这种手术方法并有所改进,即采用快慢冲洗控制装置和前列腺窝麻黄素喷雾止血。至今已治疗前列腺增生患者150例,有33例属于高龄体弱、心功能不全者,其中9例因不能耐受开放手术,已行耻骨
