随着石油钻井企业的发展,钻井设备在不断的更新、改进,钻机从原来的大庆JC15到40L,一致发展到今天的70DB、70D、120D等,从单纯的链条传动,到今天的交流变频钻机。但是,对于钻机工作及安全生产有重要作用的钻机刹车系统技术却始终没有得到改进,严重的制约了钻机的工作效率,对于安全生产构成潜在的危险。因此,有必要对钻机的刹车控制系统进行改进。
With the development of oil drilling enterprises, drilling equipment is continuously updated and improved. Drilling rigs have evolved from the original Daqing JC15 to 40L to the 70DB, 70D and 120D today. From simple chain drive to today’s AC variable frequency drilling rig . However, the technology of the brake system of drilling rig, which plays an important role in the work and safety production of drilling rigs, has not been improved, which has seriously hampered the working efficiency of the drilling rig and posed a potential danger to the safety of production. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the brake control system of drilling rig.
