为去除农作物秸秆固体成型物料中的杂质,对物料进行筛分分拣并对筛分物进行发热量试验,研究杂质分类及来源,同时设计滚筒筛分除杂系统进行除杂。结果表明,杂质分为金属、多塑料织物、砂石及粉尘等;收获、农户储藏、运输、场地管理等均可能产生杂质,其中在该试验中场地管理产生的杂质较多,约占总物料量的3%;杂质筛分中滚筒筛倾角范围为3°~9°,转速为20~32 r/min,给出根据筛分效率要求选择长径比的方法。该研究可为杂质减量化及杂质去除理论与试验研究提供数据参考。
In order to remove the impurities in the solid stalks of the crop stalks, the materials are screened and classified, and the calorific value test is conducted on the screened substances to study the impurity classification and the source of the stalks. At the same time, the drum sieving decontamination system is designed for impurity removal.
