近年来,随着九江市委、市政府“优化投资环境、主攻民营经济”重大决策的贯彻实施,九江市民营经济的发展出现了前所未有的可喜态势,纵向上发展速度不断加快,经济总量不断上升,发展规模不断扩大,在地区经济的重要性不断增加。到2004年底,民营企业户数达到5853户,注册资金64.75亿元,实现销售收入223.42亿元,对财政增收贡献率达60.8%,拉动全市经济增长近22.8个百分点。然而,九江民营经济要实现新的跨越,关键是要进一步优化环境,着重解决好以下几个现实问题。

However, to achieve a new leap forward in the private economy in Jiujiang, the key is to further optimize the environment and focus on solving the following several real problems.
