本文重点阐述植物神经系统的调节失衡所致的室性早搏(VPC)。小儿心脏植物神经系统正处于逐渐完善阶段,故其功能尚不稳定,当某些生理或病理因素累及交感或迷走神经时可诱发VPC,为小儿原因不明VPC的重要原因之一。其预后良好,一般毋需用抗心律失常药物;而器质性心脏病累及植物神经者,其预后与潜在心脏病的严重度有关,故对病因治疗同时权衡利弊选用抗心律失常药物。
This article focuses on ventricular premature beats (VPC) due to an imbalance in the regulation of the autonomic nervous system.
