目的:探讨超声引导下肾组织活检的准确性和安全性。方法:选取我院2011年4月-2013年9月180例患者,按照引导方式分为研究组与对照组,其中研究组应用超声引导下肾组织活检,对照组则应用CT引导下穿刺,分析对比两组患者穿刺准确性及术后并发症。结果:前两次穿刺成功率研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者穿刺总成功率无明显差异性,两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经超声引导实施肾组织活检可以较好的判定肾脏组织实际断面结构,且能够动态观察应用活检针实施穿刺以便取材,其定位具有较高准确性,且操作简便,安全性高,值得临床推广应用
Objective: To investigate the accuracy and safety of ultrasound-guided renal biopsy. Methods: One hundred and eighty patients in our hospital from April 2011 to September 2013 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the guide mode.
