由于农村家长学习意识不强、娇生惯养孩子,以致影响孩子学习的良好习惯、兴趣和效果。为此我们开展学习困难生的研究势在必行。我们本着“没有教不好的学生,确保教好每一个学生”“没有差生,只有差异”的原则,对学困生进行研究,以点带面,课内与课外相结合,并长期坚持,真正让学生树立学习的信心和勇气,克服自卑的心理。形成“赶、帮、超”的浓厚学习氛围,使我校每个学生学有所长,学有所用,全面提高学习成绩,从而全面提高教学质
