过去用MIBK、胺类、酰胺类及醚等萃取剂萃取镓在盐酸浓度3~7.5N范围内进行。在浸出和萃取过程中由于HCl易挥发,造成恶劣的操作环境,腐蚀车间设备。 本文利用上述萃取剂中,性能较好的N,N-二(1-甲基庚基)乙酰胺(N503)从H_2SO_4+NaCl体系中萃取镓,减轻HCl挥发所造成的危害。为工业寻找适宜的工艺条件。
In the past, extraction of gallium with MIBK, amines, amides, ethers and other extractants was carried out in the hydrochloric acid concentration range of 3 ~ 7.5N. In the leaching and extraction process due to volatile HCI, resulting in harsh operating environment, corrosion of plant equipment. In this paper, we extract the gallium from the H_2SO_4 + NaCl system using N, N-bis (1-methylheptyl) acetamide (N503) with better performance in the extractant to reduce the harm caused by the volatilization of HCl.
