目的从实验角度观察初期稳定性对HA涂层、软组织水平、根形种植体即刻种植成功率的影响,以期为临床手术中的操作提供理论依据。方法将成年杂种犬双侧下颌后牙区种植位点随机分为两组:实验组(植入ISQ值<50)和对照组(植入ISQ值>65),通过测量植入当时及第4、8、12周种植体ISQ值、同期拍摄CT、光学显微镜下计算种植体-骨结合率,观察植入种植体时不同ISQ值对即刻种植成功率的影响。结果种植体植入时ISQ值在28~49区间,对应植入力矩值在10~20 N以内,与对照组相比,即刻种植BLB种植体的成功率无统计学差异。植入后3个月,所有种植体均无松动、脱落,CT示种植体周围骨密度无统计学差异,种植体-骨结合率与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论即刻种植BLB植体初期的ISQ值在28~49区间及68~75区间,对应植入力矩值在10~20 N以内及30 N以上,其成功率无统计学差异。
Objective To observe the effect of initial stability on the success rate of HA coating, soft tissue, and immediate implantation of root-shaped implants in order to provide a theoretical basis for the operation in clinical operation. Methods Bilateral mandibular posterior teeth were implanted into two groups at random: experimental group (ISQ <50) and control group (ISQ> 65) , ISQ values at 8 and 12 weeks, and CT at the same period. The implant-bone incorporation rate was calculated under an optical microscope. The effects of different ISQ values on the success rate of immediate planting were observed. Results The implanting ISQ values ranged from 28 to 49, and the corresponding implant torque values were within 10 to 20 N. Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the success rate of immediate implantation of BLB implants. Three months after implantation, all implants did not loosen or fall off. There was no significant difference in bone mineral density around the implant between the two groups. The rate of implant-bone union was not significantly different from that of the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The ISQ values of BLB implants immediately after implantation range from 28 to 49 and from 68 to 75, and the corresponding implant torque values are within 10 to 20 N and above 30 N, with no significant difference in success rates.
