Global financial crisis,rising labor costs,RMB appreciation,capital markets gloomy...In such context,as an important part of the real economy,the real estate is inevitable to conduct adjustment and change.However,due to a variety of complex reasons,there was terrible property-value bubble in some countries and regions,which resulted in that many investors became poor as a church mouse in a wink,leaving scenes of tragedy.The real estate industry developed rapidly in some areas in China,and has gradually become the pillar industry,at the same time,China is in the phase of rapid economic development and great demand on the land,but also a period of rapidly rising land prices.
