目的建立Beagle犬消声模型并评价切断右侧喉返神经对犬生理功能影响。方法普通级健康Beagle犬12条,随机分为模型组及对照组;模型组犬麻醉后,通过外科手术切断其右侧喉返神经,分别于术后3、6个月检测犬的吠叫音量;同时,检测Beagle犬心电图、呼吸、血液生理及血液生化指标。结果术后3、6个月时,对照组与模型组犬吠叫音量分别为(41.83±4.87)、(48.62±2.19)d B(A)与(33.04±2.34)、(35.20±1.98)d B(A),模型组Beagle犬吠叫音量均低于对照组(均P<0.05);术后3、6个月时,与对照组比较,模型组Beagle犬22项血液生理指标和8项血液生化指标差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);术后3、6个月时,与对照组比较,模型组Beagle犬呼吸运动及心电图指标差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论损伤单侧喉返神经可明显降低Beagle犬的吠叫音量,且术后犬的血液学、心电图、呼吸指标均无明显变化。
Objective To establish Beagle dog anechoic model and evaluate the effect of cutting off the right recurrent laryngeal nerve on the physiological function of dogs. Methods Twelve normal Beagle dogs were randomly divided into model group and control group. After the model group was anesthetized, the right recurrent laryngeal nerve was severed by surgery. The dog barking volume was measured at 3 and 6 months after operation At the same time, Beagle dogs were tested for electrocardiogram, respiration, blood physiology and blood biochemical parameters. Results At 3 and 6 months after operation, the barking volume of control group and model group were (41.83 ± 4.87), (48.62 ± 2.19) d B (A) and (33.04 ± 2.34), (35.20 ± 1.98) d B (P <0.05). At the 3rd and 6th month after operation, compared with the control group, the blood physiological indexes of 22 Beagle dogs in the model group and 8 blood biochemical (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in respiration rate and ECG between the model group and the control group at 3 and 6 months after operation (all P> 0.05). Conclusion Injury of unilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve can significantly reduce the barking volume of Beagle dogs, and no significant changes in hematology, electrocardiogram and respiratory index of postoperative dogs.
