目的观测肝蒂内主要结构在肝门附近的形态结构及分布。方法选取15例成人肝标本,用游标卡尺和不锈钢直尺等进行有关数据的测量,所得数据用SPSSl0.0软件进行统计学分析。结果肝门附近肝蒂内主要结构的毗邻关系主要为肝左、右管在前,肝固有动脉左、右支居中,肝门静脉左、右支在后;左、右肝管汇合处最高,门静脉分叉处次之,肝左、右动脉分叉处最低,并且上述结构分成相应分支后,在肝门处的横沟、脐静脉窝分别进入左右半肝内。结论进行肝门部手术时,熟悉掌握肝蒂内肝门静脉、肝动脉、肝管在肝门附近的解剖结构、形态学测量数据和变异情况,对设计合理的手术方法有重要的临床意义。
Objective To observe the morphological structure and distribution of the main structure of liver pedicle near the hepatic portal. Methods Fifteen adult liver specimens were selected and the related data were measured by vernier caliper and stainless steel ruler. The data were analyzed by SPSS10.0 software. Results The adjacent structures of the main structure of the liver pedicle near the hepatic portal were mainly left anterior and right hepatic duct and left and right hepatic artery in the anterior and posterior hepatic portal vein. The left and right hepatic duct junction were the highest, The bifurcation followed by the left and right hepatic artery bifurcation at the lowest, and the above structure is divided into the corresponding branch, at the hilum at the lateral groove, umbilical celiac fossa into the left and right half of the liver. Conclusions During the operation of the hilar department, it is of great clinical significance to know the anatomical structure, morphological measurement data and variation of the portal vein, hepatic artery and hepatic duct in the vicinity of the hepatic portal.
