问题16:如何提出评价行为的维度? 提出评价行为维度的过程,就是依据评价目的,把成长记录袋内的材料所反映的各个具体方面进行归纳总结并加以分类的过程。老师一定要先做好从不同渠道搜集信息的工作:参考课程标准,观察学生如何完成作业,倾听学生关于作业的谈话等。然后,老师就可以结合评价内容本身所反映出来的特征,提出便于达到评价目的的评价维度了。评价维度可以由老师提出,也可以由师生经过讨论共同提出。当只需评价单一内容时,由老师提出来可能更有用。老师在教学、辅导的过程中,评价维度自然会逐渐形成。
