当前,体育课“难上”成为中职学校普遍存在的问题。虽然制约中职学校体育课堂教学良性发展的各种因素确实客观存在,但是,作为一线的体育教师,要做的不仅仅是看到问题与困难,更应该发挥主观能动性在实际的教学过程中化解难题,提出合理化建议,为推进中职体育课堂教学改革,优化教学各个环节贡献自己一份力量。而且,中职学生属于技能型人才,他们以后要身处生产工作一线,这需要他们具备良好的身体素质条件,如此才能保证他们在社会竞争中处于优势地位,并适应社会发展的需要。因此,提升体育教学质量、实现体育有效教学更是广大中职体育教师需要高度重视的问题。
