应用反相高效液相色谱法测定格列甲嗪血浆浓度。色谱柱为ODSC18柱,流动相为乙腈─甲醇─水(40:20:40V/V),内含0.1%冰醋酸和0.08%三乙胺。流速0.5ml/min,柱温50℃,检测波长275nm。线性范围在0.02~1.00μg/ml(r=0.9999)。检测下限为0.01μg/ml。平均回收率为99.0±2.8%,RSD=2.82%。日内及日间测定相对标准偏差均小于5%。
Determination of glipizide plasma concentration using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The column was ODSC18 and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-water (40:20:40 V / V) containing 0.1% glacial acetic acid and 0.08% triethylamine. Flow rate 0.5ml / min, column temperature 50 ℃, detection wavelength 275nm. The linear range was 0.02-1.00 μg / ml (r = 0.9999). The detection limit is 0.01μg / ml. The average recovery was 99.0 ± 2.8% with RSD = 2.82%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 5% during the day and day.
