环境卫生专业规划是我国城镇规划建设中的重点工作,特别是小型城镇,要想加速城市化发展进程,就必须重视环卫规划建设。本文从小城镇环境卫生规划与经济发展规划之间的关系出发,随后对小城镇的人口规模规划、可持续发展、环境质量与容量、污染物控制及治理、资金投入、绿化和环境保护等方面的可操作性问题进行深入阐述分析,并提出几点关于加强小城镇环境卫生专业规划的对策建议。
Professional planning of environmental health is the key work of urban planning and construction in our country, especially small towns and cities. In order to speed up the process of urbanization, we must attach great importance to environmental sanitation planning and construction. Based on the relationship between small town environmental health planning and economic development planning, this paper analyzes the population planning, sustainable development, environmental quality and capacity, pollution control and treatment, capital investment, afforestation and environmental protection in small towns Operability issues in-depth analysis, and put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the planning of environmental health in small towns.
