英语语法的学习在初中阶段占据着重要的作用,对于初三的学生而言,经过小学阶段的学习,对英语有了一定的感性认识,积累了一定的语法素材,具备对英语的综合分析能力,他们对语言知识特别是语法知识有自己的理解和应用。初中英语教师应努力使枯燥乏味的语法知识具体化、生动化、形象化,力求使学生在运用语言的实践中比较轻松地逐步熟悉和掌握语法规则。而对于初三许多学生来说由于基础语言知识和结构掌握不牢,对应用语法知识更是不理解,不仅不能用准确、得体的标准英语进行口头表达,更写不出几句没有任何语法错误的完整英语句子。
