作者研究糖皮质类固醇在体外试验和体内应用中对髓性白血病细胞的诱导分化作用.对象为初诊或复发的17例急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)患者,按FAB分类包括M1型1例.M2型4例,M3型2例,M4型4例,M5a型3例,M5b型3例.患者骨髓或外周血作粒细胞分离和白细胞液体培养,培养基内加入地塞米松终浓度为10~(-6)M、10~(-7)M.经7天培养后作细胞形态学检查和机能检查,后者包括乳胶微粒吞噬功能、Fcr受体、硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)还原功能和α-萘酚醋酸酯酶活性.
The authors studied the effect of glucocorticoids on the differentiation of myeloid leukemia cells in vitro and in vivo. The subjects were newly diagnosed or relapsed 17 patients with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL). FAB classification included M1 type 1 case. M2 Type 4 cases, M3 type 2 cases, M4 type 4 cases, M5a type 3 cases, M5b type 3 cases. Patient bone marrow or peripheral blood granulocyte separation and leukocyte liquid culture, the final concentration of dexamethasone added to the medium is 10~ (-6)M,10~(-7)M. After 7 days culture, cell morphological examination and function tests were performed. The latter included phagocytosis of latex particles, Fcr receptor, and nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) reduction. Functional and alpha-naphthol acetate esterase activity.
