为了探讨γ-氨基丁酸与原发性三叉神经痛的关系。方法 通过同位素标记放射免疫法测定 10对疼痛的下牙槽神经与无痛的舌神经末梢支 GABA受体含量。结果 疼痛的下牙槽神经组 GABA受体含量明显低于无痛的舌神经组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 γ-氨基丁酸受体量减少是引起原发性三叉神经痛的重要原因之一。
In order to investigate the relationship between γ-aminobutyric acid and primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods The contents of GABA receptor in the inferior alveolar nerve and painless lingual nerve endings in 10 pairs of pain were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The level of GABA receptor in the inferior alveolar nerve group was significantly lower than that in the painless lingual nerve group (P <0.01). Conclusion The decrease of γ-aminobutyric acid receptor is one of the important causes of primary trigeminal neuralgia.
