目的观察和分析听觉诱发电位在眩晕病因诊断中的临床意义。方法选取46例眩晕患者作为观察组,另选取同期46例体检健康者作为对照组。两组均接受脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)测定分析,记录相关测定指标并进行比较。结果观察组患者中,BAEP检查结果异常者35例,异常率为76.09%,其中内耳型异常10例(28.57%),脑干异常18例(51.43%),混合性损害7例(20.00%),对照组检查均无异常。两组Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波峰潜伏期(PL)及Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ波峰间潜伏期(IPL)比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 BAEP在眩晕患者的病因诊断中具有重要的临床价值,准确可靠,对损伤部位进行定位诊断,为后续的临床治疗提供依据。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical significance of auditory evoked potentials in the etiological diagnosis of vertigo. Methods 46 cases of vertigo patients were selected as the observation group, another 46 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) were measured and analyzed in both groups, and the relative measurement indexes were recorded and compared. Results In the observation group, there were 35 cases with abnormal BAEP results, the abnormal rate was 76.09%, including 10 cases of internal ear abnormalities (28.57%), 18 cases of abnormal brainstem (51.43%) and 7 cases of mixed lesions (20.00%). There was no abnormality in the control group. The peak latency (PL), peak latency (IPL) of Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ, Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ, Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion BAEP has important clinical value in the etiological diagnosis of vertigo patients, accurate and reliable, the diagnosis of the site of injury diagnosis, provide the basis for follow-up clinical treatment.
