中功率柴油机飞锤支架部件 ,是分体制造后连接成一整体。其整体性能的核心是件与件间螺纹连接的不可拆卸性 ,目前普遍应用硬钎焊技术。本文首次采用灯泵Nd :YAG脉冲激光进行焊接试验 ,并和硬钎焊获得的拆卸扭矩、焊缝金相组织、显微硬度等进行了综合对比 ,结果表明 ,激光焊接能很好地保证支架和支架轴固有的机械性能、耐磨性、加工与装配精度 ;激光焊连接可靠 ,耐拆卸扭矩大 ,符合整体结构性能要求 ;焊后无需后续处理 ,可以作为最终工序 ,验证了激光焊接的有效性、适用性。
