合成了2-(2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(BTAEB)并研究了其与铑(Ⅲ)的显色反应。结果表明,在 pH 4.3~5.5的乙醇水溶液中 BTAEB 与铑(Ⅲ)形成一种稳定的青绿色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于682nm。表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.10×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。配合物中 Rh(Ⅲ)与 BTAEB 的组成比为1:2。铑含量在 0~16μg/25mL 范围内服从比尔定律。在氟化钠和 EDTA 存在下反应具有较高的选择性。用于催化剂中铑的测定,结果满意。
The 2- (2-benzothiazolylazo) -5-diethylaminobenzoic acid (BTAEB) was synthesized and its color reaction with rhodium (Ⅲ) was studied. The results showed that BTAEB and rhodium (Ⅲ) formed a stable cyan complex in the aqueous solution of ethanol at pH 4.3-5.5 with the maximum absorption wavelength at 682 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity ε = 1.10 × 10 ~ 5L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). The composition of Rh (Ⅲ) and BTAEB in the complex is 1: 2. The rhodium content obeys Bill’s law in the range of 0 ~ 16μg / 25mL. The reaction is more selective in the presence of sodium fluoride and EDTA. For the determination of rhodium catalyst, the results are satisfactory.
